Sending communications to your contractors is now easier than ever.

We continue to strive to save you time in all tasks related to the coordination of business activities (CAE), that is why we are introducing a functionality that will optimise the way in which you communicate with your contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, we have called this functionality "communicated".

Thanks to dokify communications, you can quickly and easily send any information directly to the email addresses of the companies in your supply chain. First you have to create a list of recipient companies, the process is really simple and is done from the companies page:

You will be able to reuse this list as many times as you need. From now on, the "Maintenance companies" list will be saved in the configuration section of your user.

Once the list has been created, we are going to send our communiqué. We will only have to write a subject and the content of the message, that's all. Sending will start automatically in a few moments and we will be able to see its progress by placing the mouse over the icon that will appear next to the subject of our message.

Users of each of the target companies will receive an email like this one:

As all the emails are sent you will be able to check the progress, and you will be informed of how many emails have been opened, as shown in the following image:
