In Dokify we have developed our own platform where a company of any kind, in a few clicks, can keep up to date all its documentation related to coordination of business activities and prevention of occupational hazards. What are you going to do?

And what is the point of this? Because we are computer scientists and we are obsessed with the idea that data without order and interpretation are just that, data, and not information or knowledge that can help companies to make decisions and streamline processes.

This is just an example of everything you can find in Dokify, if you have questions about everything we do and the new projects we are starting, we will be happy to tell you about it.

Going into detail, you will be part of the development team, where you will continue to improve the platform and build new parts for new products.

A project where you will be able to grow and continue to evolve thanks to the challenges posed by each new feature, where you will have the freedom to participate in decision making.

The infrastructure is built on GCP and they use GitHub to control their code. You will mainly work on PHP (Silex, Symfony), relational databases, CQRS architecture patterns, EventSourcing, APIs, Redis, elastic and a few more toys.

For Dokify, testing and documentation is fundamental to the software development cycle and they want it to be important to you as well.

in 1 month

You will have a virtual tour of the company, getting to know the function of the different departments, so that you can get to know what Dokify is all about.

You will get to know your teammates, their strengths and kryptonites, what the development process is and how each piece works.

And since the beach is made up of grains of sand, they will start fighting with small bugs.

in 3 months

You will be flying solo, you will have gained in autonomy and you will give your touch to the development of new features. You will also already know much of the infrastructure.

in 6 months

You will be able to solve any task, as you will feel more at ease and comfortable, and you will be able to mentor new team members.

How will you do it?

Agile environment, with a 2-week sprint, planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives that they try to give a fun touch.

For us the most important thing is communication and companionship, so you can count on us for anything at any time.

You will have training time in each sprint, and you will be able to train on whatever you want. We subscribe to several online training platforms that you can use, of course.

We don't forget about having fun and having a good team atmosphere, something very important to us, and what better way to start the day than to play a game of Among Us once a week and have a good laugh.

When will you work?

The schedule is flexible, you can organize your time as you wish.

We like to coincide at certain times so that they have the support you need, if needed, at a moment's notice.

Where will you work?

100 % REMOTE

We are inclined to let people work as they like.

If you want to go to the office, you will have your place ready over there or if you prefer to work remotely, you will be able to do so.

There are partners who make a mix. You choose.

To strengthen the bonds, what we do is to meet physically every so often and take advantage of the planning and/or scrum retrospective.

The dokify development team consists of:

• Pablo del Moral (CTO) is the heart of the team. Oh captain, my captain, but one of those who goes down into the mud with you, and makes sure that everything is on track, that everything is smoothed out and that no one is missing anything.
• Lioba Donoso (QA), the team's hawk-eye who doesn't miss a detail. There is no error she can't find, no corner of the platform she doesn't know or know how it works.
• Alberto Sanchez-Montañez (Devops), the procurer, the master of all things digital, the orchestra conductor who keeps all systems in good harmony.
• Oscar López (Backend), firm and sure step for the resolution of any problem. Everything that falls into his hands, ends up positive.

What do we ask for?

What we want you to bring from home:

• Extensive experience with PHP working with some framework.
• Knowledge of databases, especially MySQL.
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, unit and functional testing techniques.
• GIT version control management.
• Comfort in agile methodologies.

But above all:

• You like to work in a team and a good environment
• Be problem-solving oriented
• Have structured analytical skills.

On our wish list:

• DDD Experience
• Have done your first steps with React, Angular or other frameworks.
• Using ElasticSearch
• Experience in B2B applications
• Defend yourself comfortably with javascript, jquery, html5 and css3.
